敞开式TBM精准调向方法研究

摘　　要：结合多台敞开式TBM掘进操作进行了研究,分析TBM调向出现的问题,研究了敞开式TBM精准调向方法。阐述敞开式TBM掘进调向的基本步骤,通过严格控制TBM掘进方向,减少了设备损坏,降低了施工成本,提高了TBM施工效率,提高设备完好率和利用率,为今后类似工程施工提供一些可借鉴的经验。Based on the study of several open TBM driving operations,this paper analyzes the problems of TBM direction adjustment,and studies the precise direction adjustment method of open TBM.This paper expounds the basic steps of open TBM heading adjustment.By strictly controlling the heading direction of TBM,the equipment damage is reduced,the construction cost is reduced,the construction efficiency of TBMis improved,the intact rate and utilization rate of equipment are improved,and some experience can be used for reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
