摘　　要：文化价值取向是塑造目标和动机的核心,了解不同文化的价值取向有助于应对甚至避免文化冲突。介绍了国外主流文化价值取向模式,聚焦影响力最大的Hofstede文化价值取向进行论述,着重介绍其最新的两个维度:长期—短期取向,放纵—克制。从国家、群体和个体3个层次分析了Hofstede文化价值取向的应用价值,探讨了该视角下对中国传统文化价值观及社会主义核心价值观的理解,梳理了Hofstede文化价值取向应用过程中需注意的问题。Cultural value orientation is the core to form goals and motives.The value orientations in different cultures are helpful for people to cope with or even avoid cultural conflicts.The mainstream cultural value orientation modes in foreign countries are introduced in this article,focusing on the most influential one,Hofstede's cultural value orientation.The latest dimensions of his cultural value orientation are illustrated in great lengths,namely long-term versus short-term orientation,and indulgence versus restraint orientation.The application value of Hofstede's cultural value orientation is discussed at the levels of nation,community and individual.Besides,it also explores the relationship between his theory and Chinese traditional cultural value as well as the socialism core value.Some problems are also pointed out in the application of Hofstede's cultural value orientation.
