摘 要:为了实现对涡轮增压器瞬态响应性的评估,本文通过分析内燃机瞬态响应与涡轮迟滞之间的关系,提出涡轮增压器瞬态响应能力的测试方法。根据所提出的测试方法,建立了测试过程仿真模型,在对仿真模型校核后,利用该模型分析了不同起止过渡工况、转子转动惯量及涡轮增压器效率对加速性的影响。结果表明:本文方法操作性强,可独立于内燃机评价涡轮增压器的瞬态响应能力。Transient response is the response of a system to a change from an equilibrium state or a steady state.This paper evaluates the transient response ability of turbocharger in the internal combustion engine by analyzing the relationship between transient response to a load and the effect of turbo lag.For this,new measuring method is proposed and a model is built based on the proposed method for simulation purposes.Based on experimental results,the operating points of start and end of speed up process are analyzed and set for the simulation model.Then,the effect of parameters such as rotational inertia,efficiency,turbo lag,and pressure ratio on transient response are analyzed through simulation under different conditions and the results are noted.The results show that this method can be used to evaluate and compare the transient response ability between turbochargers of different independent engines.
