摘  要:针对含有发电速率约束的负荷频率控制系统的线性自抗扰控制问题,首先通过仿真发现发电速率的存在会影响系统的控制性能,为此,本文将含有发电速率约束的汽轮机输出与理想地不含发电速率约束的输出误差反馈到线性自抗扰控制器的PD控制组合中,从而减小发电速率约束对系统的影响;最后,将上述方法应用到三区域互联电力系统中,并利用仿真图与性能指标结果来体现所提方法的有效性。结果表明:改进的系统在不增加参数的情况下能够取得很好的控制效果,且具有较强的鲁棒性。In an electric power system,load frequency control(LFC)is a system to maintain reasonably uniform frequency throughout the operation.Generation rate constraints(GRC)limit the performance of linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC)of LFC system in various plants such as turbine plants.It is first found through simulation that the existence of generation rate can affect the control performance of the system.Therefore,in this paper,the error(difference)between turbine output with the GRC and the ideal output without GRC is fed back to the PD controller,a linear version of ADRC controller,to reduce the influence of the GRC on the system.Finally,the above method is applied to a three-area interconnected power system.Moreover,the results of simulation and performance indicators are compared to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed method,which shows that the improved system can achieve good control effects and has strong robustness without adding any parameters.
