标准大骨瓣减压手术治疗颅脑外伤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究采用标准大骨瓣减压手术治疗颅脑外伤的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2020年1月茂名市电白区人民医院收治的35例颅脑外伤患者,按照不同的手术方式分为常规组(17例)与标准组(18例),常规组行常规骨瓣开颅手术治疗,标准组行标准大骨瓣减压手术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果和临床指标,以及治疗前后的格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)和神经功能缺损程度评价量表(NIHSS)评分。结果相比于常规组,标准组患者的治疗总有效率更高,手术时间、术后愈合时间和正常工作时间明显更短;治疗后,标准组患者的GOS评分明显高于常规组,NIHSS评分明显低于常规组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑外伤患者采用标准大骨瓣减压手术治疗,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,手术时间短,术后的创口愈合和康复速度快,患者的肢体功能和神经缺损的恢复效果较好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of standard large bone flap decompression surgery on patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods From October 2016 to January 2020,35 patients with craniocerebral injury were selected from Maoming Dianbai District People's Hospital.According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into two groups:the conventional group and the standard group.In the conventional grou(n=17),conventional craniotomy was performed,and the standard group(n=18)underwent standard large bone flap decompression surgery.The therapeutic effect,clinical indexes,Glasgow prognosis score(GOS)and NIHSS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the total effective rate of the standard group was higher;the operation time,postoperative healing time and normal working time were significantly shorter;after treatment,the GOS score of the standard group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the routine group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standard large bone flap decompression can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with craniocerebral injury.The operation time is short,the wound healing and recovery are fast,and the recovery of limb function and nerve defect is good.
