摘 要:目的分析四肢创面修复中负压封闭引流技术的效果。方法选取南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁市人民医院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的40例进行四肢创面修复患者进行研究,按照治疗方法的不同分为常规组(20例)与观察组(20例)。常规组采用标准四肢创面修复治疗方法,观察组在常规组治疗方法基础上实施负压封闭引流技术(VSD)。观察并记录两组患者治疗期间并发症发生情况,以及患者创面愈合时间、换药次数以及出院时间。治疗结束后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对两组患者的疼痛感受进行评估并对治疗效果进行分析对比。结果治疗后,观察组患者恢复情况、治疗效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组VAS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在四肢创面修复治疗工作中采用负压封闭引流技术后,能够显著提升临床治疗效果,加快患者四肢创面愈合,减少换药次数,并且能够帮助患者降低疼痛度,降低并发症发生概率,从而缩短住院治疗时间。Objective To analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage technology in limb wound repair.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,40 patients from Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group Suqian People's Hospital with limb wound repair were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into conventional group and observation group,20 cases in two groups.The conventional group was treated with standard limb wound repair and the observation group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD).The complications,wound healing time,dressing times and discharge time were observed and recorded.At the end of the treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain feeling of the two groups of patients and the treatment effect was analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the recovery and treatment effect of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the conventional group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vacuum sealing drainage technology in the treatment of limb wound repair can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and then can accelerate the wound healing of patients'limbs,reduce the frequency of dressing change,and help patients reduce the pain degree,at the same time,it can reduce the probability of complications,thus shortening the hospitalization time.
