疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年3月海安市第三人民医院收治的68例腹股沟斜疝患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术,对照组采用平片无张力疝修补术;观察两组患者的手术和恢复情况,总结治疗效果。结果两组的切口长度、手术时间、出血量和疼痛指数(VAS)等手术指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的下床活动时间、住院天数、并发症率和6个月复发率分别为(8.67±1.53)h、(7.26±0.43)d、3.57%和0.00%,均显著低于对照组的(10.81±2.26)h、(8.47±0.59)d、8.82%和5.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹股沟斜疝患者采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗,手术创伤轻、术后康复快、并发症少、复发率低,是一种简便实效、安全可靠的手术治疗方法,值得在基层医院开展和推广。Objective To investigate the effect of hernia ring filling tension-free repair on indirect inguinal hernia.Methods From January 2016 to March 2019,68 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Haian Third People's Hospital were randomLy divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair,and the control group was treated with plain film repair.Results There were no statistically significant differences in incision length,operation time,bleeding volume and VAS between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of getting out of bed,length of stay,complication rate and 6-month recurrence rate in the observation group were(8.67±1.53)h,(7.26±0.43)d,3.57%and 0.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(10.81±2.26)h,(8.47±0.59)d,8.82%and 5.88%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with indirect inguinal hernia,hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair is a simple,effective,safe and reliable surgical treatment method,which is worthy of being carried out and promoted in basic hospitals,with less surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,fewer complications and low recurrence rate.
