分析复方酮康唑软膏与碳酸氢钠联合治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析复方酮康唑软膏与碳酸氢钠联合治疗真菌性外耳道炎病例的治疗效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月泗水县人民医院收治的196例真菌性外耳道炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组98例。对照组采用复方酮康唑软膏进行治疗,观察组采用复方酮康唑软膏、碳酸氢钠联合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后症状积分情况。结果观察组的治疗效果为97.96%,高于对照组的90.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的头晕、皮肤瘙痒、面红等不良反应发生率为3.06%,低于对照组的10.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的耳痛、听力下降、鼓膜充血、鼓膜穿孔、黏液性分泌物等症状积分均优于治疗前,且治疗后观察组症状积分优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上通过复方酮康唑软膏、碳酸氢钠联合治疗真菌性外耳道炎具有较高的临床效果,能够有效缓解患者的临床效果,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of fungal otitis externa.Methods A total of 196 patients with fungal otitis externa admitted to People's Hospital of Sishui County from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and The patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,98 cases in each group.Patients were given two different treatment methods,the control group was mainly treated with compound ketoconazole ointment,while the observation group was treated with compound ketoconazole ointment and sodium bicarbonate.The treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was 97.96%,higher than 90.82%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,skin itching,blushing and other adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.06%,which was lower than 10.15%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of earache,hearing loss,tympanic membrane congestion,tympanic membrane perforation and mucus secretion in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the symptom scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound ketoconazole ointment combined with sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of fungal otitis externa has a high clinical effect,can effectively alleviate the clinical effect of patients,with high application value.
