摘 要:目的分析骨科创伤患者院内感染因素,提出预防措施。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月赤峰学院附属医院收治的960例骨科创伤住院患者为研究对象,并进行系统性分析,明确院内感染的高危因素。结果960例患者院内感染发生率为4.69%。按照感染部位差异可细划为:呼吸道感染13例,手术创口感染9例,皮肤黏膜组织感染10例,泌尿系统感染8例,胃肠道感染3例。病原菌检出率前3名分别为阴沟肠杆菌22.73%,金黄色葡萄球菌18.18%,革兰氏阳性菌13.64%。结论骨科创伤患者院内感染的因素很多,如年龄体质、并发症、先天或后天疾病、侵入性操作、住院时间、医嘱遵从程度、导尿管留置时间等,故骨伤科医护人员应采取相应医护措施,以降低骨科创伤患者的院内感染概率。Objective To analyze the factors of nosocomial infection in patients with orthopedic trauma and put forward preventive measures.Methods 960 cases of orthopedic trauma inpatients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected.According to the systematic analysis,the high-risk factors of nosocomial infection were identified.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in 960 patients was 1%~2%.According to the difference of infection site,it can be divided into:13 cases of respiratory tract infection,9 cases of surgical wound infection,10 cases of skin and mucous tissue infection,8 cases of urinary system infection and 3 cases of gastrointestinal tract infection.The top 3 pathogenic bacteria detection rates were enterobacter cloacae 22.73%,Staphylococcus aureus 18.18%and Gram-positive bacteria 13.64%respectively.Conclusion There are many factors of nosocomial infection in orthopaedic trauma patients,such as age,constitution,complications,congenital or acquired diseases,invasive procedures,length of hospital stay,degree of medical advice compliance,catheter indwment time,etc.Therefore,orthopaedic medical staff should take corresponding medical measures to reduce the probability of nosocomial infection in orthopaedic trauma patients.
