摘　　要：维生素D是一个多功能信号分子,与受体结合后在体内发挥作用,具有广泛的生物学效应。维生素D除了调节钙磷代谢及吸收,维持肌肉及骨骼的健康及稳态外,还通过调节维生素D受体(Vitamin D receptor,VDR)和维生素D代谢酶影响男性生殖,本文从维生素D合成、代谢、生理作用及维生素D对男性生殖的影响进行综述,以期为维生素D在预防和辅助治疗男性不育方面提供思路。Vitamin D is a multi-functional signal molecule,which plays a role in the body after binding to the receptor,and has a wide range of biological effects.In addition to regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism and absorption,vitamin D maintains muscle and bone health and homeostasis,and it also affects male reproduction by regulating vitamin D receptor(VDR)and vitamin D metabolic enzymes.This paper reviews the synthesis,metabolism and physiological effects of vitamin D,and the effects of vitamin D on male reproduction,and looks forward to a new ideas of vitamin D in the prevention and adjuvant treatment of male infertility.
