摘  要:水轮发电机组的进水口闸门是水电站最重要的设备,闸门启门出现故障将严重制约机组安全稳定运行,本文针对某巨型水电站出现的闸门启门速度异常造成提门失败事件,从软件、硬件、压力计算等方面分析了故障原因,最终通过流体力学及相关计算找出了故障解决方法。The water inlet gate of the hydro-generator set is the most important equipment.Failure of the gate opening will seriously restrict the safe and stable operation of the unit.This article aims at the failure of the door lift caused by the abnormal gate opening speed of a giant hydropower station.From software,hardware,the cause of the fault was analyzed in pressure calculation and other aspects,and finally the solution to the fault was found through fluid mechanics and fluid mechanics and related calculations.
