摘  要:信息化技术不断发展,档案"单轨制"成为学界和行业内讨论热点,抽水蓄能电站基建智能管控系统等业务软件的实施,使得业务部门更多电子文档的产生,促使"单轨制"的研究迫在眉睫。本文依托在敦化抽水蓄能电站基建工程建设过程中,通过基建智能管控系统相结合,采用电子签章,数字化和智能化手段,研究和探索工程档案"单轨制"的可行性,通过开发并应用工程档案预立卷管理系统,提升档案管理方式和工作绩效,提高了归档的效率,促进和提升了工程项目资料在工程建设期间的同步管理,为竣工后档案资料归档、移交等工作做好准备。With the continuous development of information technology,the"monorail system"of archives has become a hot topic in academic and industry discussions.The implementation of business software such as the intelligent management and control system for the infrastructure of pumped storage power stations has led to the production of more electronic documents in business departments,and promoted the"monorail system".Research is imminent.This article relies on the integration of the infrastructure intelligent management and control system,the use of electronic signatures,digitization and intelligent means,to study and explore the feasibility of the"monorail system"of engineering archives,through the development and application of engineering archives.The file management system improves the file management method and work performance,improves the efficiency of archiving,promotes and improves the synchronous management of project data during the construction period,and prepares for the archival and transfer of archives after completion.
