摘  要:目的:中药雾化吸入疗法在呼吸系统疾病的治疗应用广泛,尤其在下呼吸道疾病中具有独特优势,能迅速缓解临床症状、促进排痰。本文基于数据挖掘分析中药雾化吸入治疗下呼吸道疾病用药规律,为中药雾化吸入疗法的临床应用及新冠肺炎的防治提供参考。方法:检索1965年12月至2020年03月之间CNKI中以中药吸入治疗下呼吸道疾病的临床研究文献,总结单味药应用情况、中药的性味归经、中药药效分类,逐一输入Excel 2013软件建立数据库。采用Clementine12.0软件及IBM SPSS Statistics 23统计软件进行关联规则分析、因子分析、聚类分析。结果:全部160首方剂中,使用频率最高的前5味中药分别是麻黄、甘草、苦杏仁、黄芩、半夏;从药味分析,以苦、辛类药物为主。从药性来看,以寒性药物为主、温性中药为主。从药物归经分析,以归肺经为主。从药物功效来看,以化痰止咳平喘药为主;关联规则分析得到甘草-半夏-苦杏仁-麻黄等置信度为100%的核心药对,因子分析得到7个公因子;聚类分析将药物分为5类。结论:在雾化吸入疗法的应用中,应辨证论治,遣方用药,重视麻黄、甘草、苦杏仁、黄芩、半夏等的应用;在新冠肺炎的防治中应重视甘草、黄芩的雾化吸入应用,以期在缓解临床症状的同时,提高呼吸道粘膜免疫力;重视药性配伍,避免损伤脾之阳气,以至水湿不运,酿成痰饮内伏。重视甘草-半夏-苦杏仁-麻黄、苦杏仁-紫苏子-麻黄-甘草、苦杏仁-葶苈子-麻黄等核心药对的应用。Objective: Traditional Chinese medicine atomization inhalation therapy is widely used in the treatment of respiratory diseases, and has unique advantages in the lower respiratory diseases, which can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms and promote sputum excretion. In this paper, TCM inhalation treatment for lower respiratory tract disease medication rule was analyzed based on data mining, in order to provide the reference for the clinical application of TCM aerosol inhalation therapy and the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Methods: The clinical research literature on the treatment of lower respiratory tract diseases by inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2020 to December 1965 was searched in CNKI. The single drug application, the tropism, flavor, characteristic and effect of TCM drugs were summarized and to establish a database by Excel 2013. Then Clementine 12.0 and IBM SPSS statistics 23 software were used for association rule analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis. Results: Among all 160 prescriptions, 5 herbs with the highest use frequency were Ephedrae Herba, Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Armeniacae Semen Amarum, and Pinelliae Rhizoma. The drug flavors were mainly Xin and Ku, the drug properties were mainly Han and Wen, the drug tropism was mainly in lung. For the drug efficacy, they mainly were Huatanzhikepingchuan drugs. In association rule analysis, the core drug pairs with 100% confidence such as Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma-Pinelliae Rhizoma-Armeniacae Semen Amarum-Ephedrae Herba were obtained. 7 common factors were obtained by the factor analysis. The drugs were divided into 5 categories by the cluster analysis. Conclusion: In the application of atomization inhalation therapy, medication rules of prescription are based on "Bianzhenglunzhi" theory. Ephedrae Herba, Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, Armeniacae Semen Amarum, Scutellariae Radix, and Pinelliae Rhizoma should be focused on.
