摘　　要：形成“优进优出,进出良性互动”的贸易模式,是实现从“贸易大国”向“贸易强国”转变的根本。通过重新测算进出口产品质量,并借助WIOT计算进口品完全消耗系数,将企业进出口两端进行产品层面的匹配,实证检验进口产品质量如何通过贸易自由化影响出口产品质量,研究结果表明:贸易自由化水平提升后,企业进口产品质量能显著提高出口产品质量,但这种提升在不同性质产品和企业间有一定差异。同时,低生产率企业、成立时间较短的企业和小规模企业更有动力将进口产品投入生产中,以此促进出口产品质量的提升,但进口贸易自由化程度加深后,进口产品质量提升所带来的出口产品质量提升,主要集中在生产率较高、年龄较大和规模中等的企业。The formation of a trade pattern of“good in and good out,good interaction in and out”is the basis for realizing the transformation from a“big trading country”to a“big trading country”.This paper recalculates the quality of import and export products,and uses the complete consumption coefficient of import products calculated by WIOT table to match the import and export ends of enterprises at the product level,and makes an empirical test on how the quality of import products affects the quality of export products through trade liberalization.The results show that the quality of imported products of enterprises can significantly improve the quality of exported products after the level of trade liberalization is improved,but this improvement has certain differences between products of different natures and enterprises.At the same time,low-productivity enterprises,short-established enterprises and small-scale enterprises are more motivated to put imported products into production,so as to promote the quality improvement of export products.However,after the deepening of import trade liberalization,the quality improvement of export products brought about by the improvement of imported products is mainly concentrated in enterprises with higher productivity,older age and medium scale.
