摘　　要：近年来,医学超声波新技术层出不穷,超声已从传统的基于声阻抗差异的物理成像诊断,逐步向"诊断-给药-治疗"的多功能诊疗技术融合.受益于力学效应等声波物理特性的新应用以及信息技术发展,新型超声成像技术,包括超声弹性成像、超声分子影像、超快与超分辨超声成像等极大地拓展了医学超声成像技术的应用:弹性超声可获取组织的力学参数、高分辨率超声可获取微米级分辨率的微细血管图像.此外,新型声镊、超声操控给药、神经调控技术和血脑屏障可逆开启等为脑疾病治疗和脑科学研究提供了独特的方法和工具.超声的机械波属性与磁共振成像的兼容,为影像引导精准治疗发展提供一种天然的优势技术.本文对超声成像与治疗技术近来的代表性研究进展进行了系统性的介绍,并分析探讨了诊疗新技术值得关注的发展方向.In recent years,new technology of medical ultrasound has emerged and gradually upgraded from traditional diagnosis tool to multifunctional method for diagnosis,drug delivery,and therapy.The applications of medical ultrasound have greatly expanded benefiting from new applications of acoustic effects and newly developed ultrasonic imaging techniques including ultrasonic elasticity imaging,ultrasonic molecular imaging,ultra-fast and super-resolution imaging.Ultrasound elastography can obtain the mechanical parameters of tissue,and high-resolution ultrasound can capture microvascular images at micron resolution.In addition,acoustic tweerzers,ultrasonic drug delivery,ultrasound neuromodulation,and the reversible opening of blood-brain barrier provide unique methods for treating brain diseases.Moreover,ultrasound technology is compatible with magnetic resonance imaging which provides a natural advantage for the image-guided therapy.This paper presents recent progress of ultrasound imaging and treatment technology and analyzes the development direction of the new diagnosis and treatment technology.
