摘　　要：随着我国综合管廊PPP项目的不断推进,对其运营收费定价方面的研究更加具有现实意义。本文在分析了PPP模式下综合管廊项目运营特点的基础上,本着“使用者付费”的原则,分别探讨了入廊及日常运营维护两个组成部分的费用分摊及收费定价方法,最后分析了政府补贴的计算及其影响因素,以为现实中综合管廊PPP项目的运营收费定价提供方法参考,保证综合管廊项目的长期有效运营。With the continuous advancement of PPP projects of integrated pipe corridor in China,the research on the pricing of its operation charges is of more practical significance.Based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of the integrated pipe corridor project under the PPP mode,this paper discusses the cost sharing and charge pricing methods for the two components of the corridor entrance and daily operation and maintenance based on the principle of"user payment".Finally,the calculation of government subsidies and its influencing factors are analyzed,so as to provide reference for the operation charge pricing of the PPP project of the integrated pipe corridor in reality,and to ensure the long-term and effective operation of the integrated pipe corridor project.
