摘　　要：在2020年初发生的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中,中医药发挥了重要的作用。少数民族医药作为中医的重要组成部分,近年来得到社会各界的重视,但南药作为民族医药中的一员,却面临着保护力度不够、开发不够到位等问题。健全的法律制度对保护野生南药资源及生态环境具有重要意义,但是我国目前对于野生南药资源的法律保护十分滞后。只有完善保护野生南药资源的法律体系,才能达到对野生南药资源保护的目的。Chinese medicine has played an important role in the new coronavirus pneumonia outbreak period in early 2020.As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,minority medicine has received attention from all walks of life in recent years.However,as a member of ethnic medicine,Southern Medicine faces problems such as insufficient protection and insufficient development.A sound legal system is of great significance for protecting wild medicinal resources and protecting the ecological environment.However,the current legal protection of wild medicinal resources in China is lagging behind.Only by advising on the legal system of wild medicinal resources and improving the legal system of wild medicinal resources can we achieve the purpose of protecting wild medicinal resources and protect the ecological environment and biodiversity.
