摘　　要：绿色商场建筑在LEED认证项目中占有比较高的比例,因此对LEED项目案例的研究,能够反应当前绿色建筑发展的现状,为解读绿色商场建筑的主要技术策略提供依据。本文通过对绿色商场建筑LEED认证示范案例的分析,总结了其在建设和运营时一些普遍采用的技术策略,并将这些技术策略对商场建筑的适用性进行了阐述,希望能够为绿色商场建筑项目的实践提供一定参考。Green mall buildings account for a relatively high percentage of LEED certification projects.Therefore,the study of LEED project cases can reflect the current status of green mall building development and provide a basis for interpreting the main technical strategies of green mall buildings.This paper summarizes some of the commonly used technical strategies in the construction and operation of LEED certification demonstration cases of green mall buildings,and expounds the applicability of these technical strategies to shopping mall,hoping to provide some reference for the green mall building practice.
