摘　　要：车辆段类型项目是TOD轨道交通众多项目中作为停车场的一种,由于用地、体量都比较大、离市中心远、功能及业态多复杂等特征,项目上盖开发在交通组织上存在一定的困难和挑战,如何解决存在的交通问题,是车辆段上盖开发的关键点。The vehicle depot project is one of the parking lots among TOD rail transit projects.Due to the characteristics of large land use and volume,distance from the city center,complex functions and formats,there are certain difficulties and challenges in the traffic management of the project,and how to solve the existing traffic problems is the key point of the development of the depot.
