摘 要:为了研究复掺硅粉、钢纤维混凝土早龄期的力学性能,以不同硅粉、钢纤维掺量及时间龄期为变化参数,共设计并完成210个混凝土试块早龄期轴心抗压强度及弹性模量试验研究。通过试验观察了试件的破坏形态,获取了不同时间龄期混凝土的强度及弹性模量模等关键特征参数,揭示了复掺硅粉、钢纤维对混凝土早龄期强度和弹性模量影响的变化规律,并推导出不同时间龄期复掺硅粉、钢纤维混凝土强度和弹性模量的计算式。研究结果表明:复掺硅粉、钢纤维混凝土轴心抗压破坏的程度较普通混凝土轻;复掺硅粉、钢纤维混凝土早期轴心抗压强度及弹性模量随龄期的增长而增长;复掺硅粉、钢纤维掺量对混凝土早龄期的强度和弹性模量有一定增强效果,其中当硅粉掺量为5 kg/m^3,钢纤维掺量为40 kg/m^3时,其3 d龄期的强度和弹性模量提高最为显著,轴心抗压强度增强22%左右,弹性模量最大提高了66%;根据试验结果,给出了复掺硅粉、钢纤维混凝土的轴心抗压强度和弹性模量与时间龄期的计算式。In order to study the axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete mixed with silica powder and steel fiber at the early age,a total of 210 prismatic test blocks were designed and completed for the axial compressive strength and elastic modulus test at the early age by taking different silica powder and steel fiber content and time age as changing parameters.The failure patterns of the specimens were observed,and the key characteristic parameters such as strength and elastic modulus of concrete at different age were obtained.and the variation rules of influence of silica powder and steel fiber on concrete at early age strength and elastic modulus were revealed.And calculate the formula for the strength and elastic modulus of concrete mixed with silicon powder and steel fiber at different ages.The results show that the degree of axial compression failure of the mixed with silicon powder and steel fiber concrete is lighter than ordinary concrete.The early axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of the mixed with silicon powder and steel fiber concrete increase with age.The mixed with silicon powder and steel fiber content of concrete has a certain enhancement effect on the strength and elastic modulus at the early age,when the amount of silicon powder is 5 kg/m^3 and steel fiber is 40 kg/m^3,the strength and elastic modulus are most significantly improved at 3 d age,the axial compressive strength is increased by about 22%,and the elastic modulus is increased by 66%.According to the test results,the formulas of axial compressive strength and elastic modulus about time age of the mixed with silicon powder and steel fiber concrete are given.
