装配式混凝土浅圆仓仓顶结构设计及建造成本分析

摘　　要：为研究影响装配式浅圆仓仓顶结构建造成本的因素,以顺德粮食产业园浅圆仓粮仓仓顶结构为研究对象,将装配式浅圆仓仓顶结构建造成本中各成本项和现浇浅圆仓仓顶结构建造成本中各成本项进行对比分析。结果表明:材料费是影响装配式浅圆仓仓顶结构建造成本的主要因素;装配式浅圆仓仓顶结构在降低建造成本和缩短建设工期方面有明显优势;装配式浅圆仓仓顶结构在节约资源、环境效益、社会效益等方面优于现浇浅圆仓仓顶结构。In order to study the reasons for the excessive construction cost of the fabricated shallow round silo roof structure,the shallow-barn grain silo roof structure of Shunde Grain Industrial Park is taken as the research object,and the cost items in the construction cost of the assembled shallow round silo roof structure are The cost items in the construction cost of the cast-in-place shallow round silo roof structure were compared and analyzed.The results show that the material cost is the main factor affecting the construction cost of the assembled shallow round warehouse roof structure.The assembled shallow round warehouse roof structure has obvious advantages in construction cost and construction period.The assembled shallow round warehouse roof structure is saving the resources,environmental benefits,and social benefits are superior to the cast-in-place shallow round warehouse roof structure.
