摘 要:试验均是在没有考虑涂层老化的条件下进行的,通过透气性试验、吸水性试验、氯离子渗透性试验、TEM和SEM研究了不同厚度下的普通环氧树脂和3种掺量(3‰、5‰、10‰)的石墨烯增强环氧树脂涂层对混凝土和SHCC抗渗性能的改善作用。结果表明,在200μm厚度下普通环氧树脂和改性环氧树脂涂层混凝土的透气性指数基本为0,在400μm厚度下普通与改性环氧树脂涂层SHCC的透气性指数基本为0,透气性能只与涂覆厚度有关;5‰掺量的石墨烯增强环氧树脂涂层的抗水和抗氯离子渗透性能的改善效果较好,其次分别为3‰掺量的石墨烯增强环氧树脂涂层、普通环氧树脂、10‰掺量的石墨烯增强环氧树脂;均匀分散的石墨烯在环氧树脂中相互堆叠连接形成一张网状结构,从而对有害物质的进入形成进一步的阻碍,3‰的石墨烯掺量由于浓度过低不能形成完整的网状结构,而10‰的石墨烯掺量浓度过高在环氧树脂中发生团聚从而使环氧树脂的防护性能下降。This experiment without considering the aging of the coatings.The effects of ordinary epoxy resin and three kinds of graphene reinforced epoxy resin coatings(3‰,5‰,10‰)with different thickness on the impermeability of concrete and SHCC were studied by air permeability test,water absorption test,chloride ion permeability test,TEM and SEM.The results show that the air permeability index of common epoxy resin and modified epoxy resin coated concrete is basically zero at 200μm thickness,and that of SHCC coated with common epoxy resin and modified epoxy resin is basically zero at 400μm thickness.The air permeability is only related to the coating thickness.The resistance to permeability of water and Cl-of epoxy resin coating with 5‰graphene is is better than the coating with graphene dosage of 3‰,0 and 10‰,respectively.And uniformly dispersed graphene in epoxy resin stacked and connected to form a network structure,thus further hindering the entry of harmful substances.However,the graphene dosage of 3‰cannot reach a better protecting properties because the amount of graphene is not enough to form a complete network structure,and the graphene contents of 10‰is too high to agglomerate in the epoxy resin to reduce the protective performance of the epoxy resin.
