摘  要:针对现有的混凝土预制构件平模台振装备无法更好满足生产要求,提出了一种新型混凝土预制构件平模台振系统,建立了平模台振系统模型,研究了系统台面运动规律及振动特性。在ADAMS环境中对系统进行了受迫振动分析,并利用ANSYS对其台面进行模态分析,优化了台面结构,验证了该平模台振系统能够满足混凝土预制构件振动密实的功能要求,为混凝土预制构件平模台振的进一步应用提供了理论指导。In view of the existing concrete prefabricated flat-mode vibration equipment can not meet the production requirements better,it proposes a new concrete prefabricated flat-mode vibration system,establishes the flat-mode vibration system model,and studies the system movement law and vibration characteristics.The forced vibration analysis of the system was carried out in the ADAMS environment,and the modal analysis of the table was carried out by ANSYS,and the mesa structure was optimized.It was verified that the flat die vibration system can meet the functional requirements of the vibration compaction of concrete prefabricated components.The further application of the flat-mode vibration of the prefabricated component provides theoretical guidance.
