导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效,为糖尿病合并冠心病的中医临床治疗提供切实可行的治疗依据和方案。方法甄选2017年6月—2017年9月进行治疗的糖尿病合并冠心病患者104例作为研究对象,将患者分为2组,各52例,2组患者均采用常用的治疗方法,第2组患者增加中药导痰祛瘀的治疗方法,之后对2组患者的疗效进行观察,分别统计有效率、血糖、血脂的情况。结果第1组的治疗有效率为81.26%,而第2组的有效率为95.02%,第2组的治疗效果明显优于第1组;治疗前,2组患者的血糖、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白值比较无统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗后第2组的血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白值明显低于第1组,第1组的高密度脂蛋白低于第2组,P<0.05;而2组患者对于治疗所产生的不良反应发生概率则没有统计学差异。结论中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的方法更有效,能够更好地控制血糖和血脂。Objective To provide a feasible basis and scheme for the clinical treatment of diabetes combined with coronary heart disease by analyzing the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes combined with coronary heart disease.Methods During June 2017 to September 2017 in our hospital,diabetic patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)104 were selected as study objects.They were divided into two groups.The first group of a total of 52 cases,and the second the group has 52 cases.In addition to the commonly used treatment methods,the second group of patients was given traditional Chinese medicine clearing phlegm and removing blood stasis medicine.The curative effect of two groups of patients,respectively statistics efficiently,contrast and research situation of blood sugar,blood fat were observed.Results The effective rate of the first group was 81.26%,while that of the second group was 95.02%.Before treatment,blood glucose,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein(HDL),triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)values of the two groups were not statistically significant,and the difference was not statistically significant P>0.05.After treatment,the blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein values were statistically significant P<0.05.The data of the second group was significantly lower than that of the first group,but the data of high-density lipoprotein in the first group were significantly lower than that of the second group.However,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine clearing phlegm and removing blood stasis medicine is more effective,and can better control blood glucose and blood lipids.
