某院2019年门诊妇产科口服中成药处方分析

摘　　要：目的探讨福建医科大学附属第一医院2019年门诊妇产科口服中成药处方分布情况,分析不规范及不适宜处方原因,提出解决对策,提高质量。方法抽取门诊妇产科2019年1月—2019年12月开具的口服中成药处方10630张,分析口服中成药剂型分布情况,计算不规范及不适宜处方,并分析其发生原因。结果 10630张口服中成药处方中,片剂种类及使用频率最高,占比为27.00%、34.23%;口服液剂种类及使用频率最低,占比为12.01%、3.68%。经调查,10630张处方中有213张处方出现不合理情况,占比为2.00%;其中不规范处方有162张,占比为76.06%,不适宜处方有51张,占比为23.94%;162张不规范处方中诊断不完整的张数最多,占不合理处方的21.13%,占总处方的0.42%;51张不适宜处方中,药品给药途径不合理张数最多,占不合理处方的8.92%,占总处方的0.18%。结论门诊妇产科口服中成药处方不合理情况较为明显,主要为不规范、不适宜等类型,临床上应积极开展相关培训,提高工作人员的责任心,改变用药习惯,提高质量。Objective To explore the distribution of oral Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in outpatient obstetrics and gynecology in 2019,to analyze the causes of non-standard and unsuitable prescriptions,and to put forward countermeasures to improve the quality.Methods 10630 oral Chinese patent medicine prescriptions from January 2019 to December 2019 were extracted from outpatient gynecology and obstetrics of our hospital.Results Among 10630 oral Chinese patent medicine prescriptions,tablet type and frequency were the highest,accounting for 27.00%,34.23%,and oral liquid type and frequency was the lowest,accounting for 12.01%and 3.68%.Of the 10630 prescriptions,213 prescriptions were found to be unreasonable,accounting for 2.00%;of which 162 prescriptions were non-standard prescriptions,76.06%were unsuitable prescriptions,51 prescriptions were unsuitable,accounting for 23.94%,21.13%were diagnosed incompletely,accounting for 0.42%of the total prescriptions,and 51 prescriptions were not suitable.Conclusion It is obvious that the prescription of oral Chinese patent medicine in obstetrics and gynecology is unreasonable,mainly for non-standard,unsuitable and other types.In clinic,we should actively carry out relevant training,improve the staff’s sense of responsibility,change the habit of medication,and improve the quality.
