摘　　要：温热病复证疗法是清·何廉臣在《重订广温热论》中首次以专篇论述。以该文本为基础,结合中医基础理论和相关古代文献,探讨温热病复作的病因病机、演变结果、治则治法。总结出病因有劳复、食复、自复、怒复;温热病屡发转归结果是四损四不足;治则有首辨虚实、消食积热、清泄肝火、涤荡余邪。旨在补充温热病疗法和基础理论研究。"The treatment of recurrent febrile diseases"is the first special treatise by He Lianchen of Qing Dynasty in Chongding Guangwenre Lun.Based on the text,combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and related ancient literature,this paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,evolution results,treatment principles and treatment methods of the recuperation of febrile diseases.It is concluded that the etiology is fatigue,food,self and anger recur;the pathological evolution of febrile diseases often results in four damages and four deficiencies;the first treatment is to identify deficiency and excess,eliminate food and accumulate heat,clear away liver fire and eliminate excess evil.The purpose of this study is to supplement the therapy of febrile diseases and basic theoretical research.
