通络益肾汤辅助治疗对糖尿病肾病患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨通络益肾汤辅助治疗对糖尿病肾病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)水平的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年12月接受治疗的89例糖尿病肾病患者,依据盲抽法分为对照组(44例)与观察组(45例)。2组均予以常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用通络益肾汤辅助治疗,比较2组血糖控制情况及血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)水平。结果治疗后,2组FBG、2hPG水平均较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组MMP-9水平较治疗前高,TIMP-1、TGF-β_1水平较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采用通络益肾汤辅助治疗效果显著,可有效降低患者血糖水平,并改善血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、TGF-β_1水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongluo Yishen decoction on serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and metalloproteinase tissue inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods 89 diabetic nephropathy patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=45)according to blind extraction method.On this basis,the control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with Tongluo Yishen decoction on the basis of the control group.The condition and serum levels of MP-9,TIMP-1,TGF-β1 was compared.Results After treatment,the FBG and 2 hPG levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMP-9 level of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 level was lower than that before treatment,the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo Yishen decoction is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients,which can effectively reduce the blood sugar level and improve the serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 levels.
