摘　　要：目的探讨痹痛散配合隔物灸法治疗骨折肿痛的疗效。方法选择2017年9月—2019年8月收治的外伤性骨折患者60例,随机原则分为2组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组实施痹痛散配合隔物灸治疗,比较2组中医证候疗效、疼痛数字评分量表(NRS)评分及肿胀程度。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);较治疗前,治疗2周后2组NRS评分均减少,且与对照组相比,治疗组减少明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,与对照组相比,治疗组肿胀程度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折肿痛患者应用痹痛散配合隔物灸法治疗效果较好,可有效缓解肢体疼痛、肿胀,利于患者转归。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bitong powder combined with indirect moxibustion on fracture swelling and pain.Methods 60 patients with traumatic fracture treated in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were selected,and the random principle was used.They were divided into 2 groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine treatment,on this basis,and the treatment group was treated with Bitong powder combined with indirect moxibustion.The curative effect of TCM syndrome,pain digital score scale(NRS)score and swelling degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the two groups decreased after 2 weeks of treatment,and compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the swelling degree of the treatment group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bitong powder combined with indirect moxibustion on fracture swelling and pain is effective,which can relieve pain and swelling of limbs and facilitate the outcome of patients.
