清热利咽汤在疱疹性咽峡炎患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析疱疹性咽峡炎患儿应用清热利咽汤治疗对T淋巴细胞亚群、血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素10(IL-10)因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2020年1月收治的疱疹性咽峡炎64例患儿,依据盲抽法分为参照组(32例)与研究组(32例)。参照组予以利巴韦林联合维生素C治疗,研究组于参照组基础上加用清热利咽汤治疗,比较2组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+)水平、血清IFN-γ水平、IL-10因子水平。结果治疗前,2组T淋巴细胞亚群水平基本一致(P>0.05);治疗后,2组CD4^+水平均升高,而CD3^+、CD8^+水平均下降,且研究组升降幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清IFN-γ水平、IL-10因子水平基本一致(P>0.05);治疗后,2组血清IFN-γ水平均下降,血清IL-10因子水平均升高,且研究组升降幅度均更大(P<0.05)。结论运用清热利咽汤治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,可对患儿免疫功能进行调节,从而抑制机体的炎症反应。Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Liyan decoction on T lymphocyte subsets,serumγ-interferon(IFN-γ)and interleukin 10(IL-10)factor levels in children with herpetic angina.Methods 64 children with herpetic angina treated in our hospital from September 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects.According to the blind extraction method,they were divided into control group(n=32)and study group(n=32).The control group was treated with ribavirin combined with vitamin C.The study group was treated with Qingre Liyan decoction on the basis of the control group.The T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+)levels,serum IFN-γlevels,and IL-10 factor levels was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the level of T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups was basically the same(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD4^+level of both groups increased,while the CD3^+and CD8^+level decreased,and the contrast found that the study group increased significantly(P<0.05).The levels of serum IFN-γand IL-10 factors were basically the same between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IFN-γdecreased and serum IL-10 factors increased in both groups,and the decrease of the study group was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Liyan decoction in treating children with herpetic angina can regulate the immune function of children and thus inhibit the inflammatory response.
