摘　　要：目的分析盆腔炎颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法随机将2018年7月—2019年6月收治的72例慢性盆腔炎患者分为2组,每组36例,对照组口服氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗,观察组口服盆腔炎颗粒治疗,比较2组临床疗效、炎性因子、T细胞亚群水平。结果临床疗效方面,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);炎性因子水平方面,治疗后观察组患者血清IL-2水平高于对照组、血清TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);T细胞亚群水平方面,治疗后观察组CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组、CD8^+低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎采用盆腔炎颗粒治疗可有效改善患者临床症状,提高机体免疫能力,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Penqiangyan granules on chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 72 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ofloxacin and metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with Penqiangyan granules.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and TNF-αin the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^+in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Penqiangyan granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the immune capacity of the body,and have clinical value.
