针刺联合桂枝茯苓汤治疗卵巢癌术后临床观察

摘　　要：目的综合性评价针刺联合桂枝茯苓汤治疗卵巢癌术后患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月接受手术治疗的卵巢癌患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,术后化疗联合桂枝茯苓汤内服治疗,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、腹腔积液量及肿瘤标志物变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分(5.35±1.43)分,盆腹腔积液(215.68±54.38)ml,CA125(45.66±15.36)IU/ml,CA199(38.28±8.67)IU/ml。对照组中医证候积分(8.56±2.15)分,盆腹腔积液(385.77±72.59)ml,CA125(56.87±14.72)IU/ml,CA199(49.38±11.84)IU/ml,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌术后患者在化疗基础上联合桂枝茯苓汤及针刺治疗方案临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Guizhi Fuling decoction on patients with ovarian cancer.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with ovarian cancer who were hospitalized in the oncology ward of our hospital and received surgical treatment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with postoperative chemotherapy combined with Guizhi Fuling decoction.30 cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM syndrome score,ascites volume and tumor markers were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After the clinical treatment,in the experimental group,the scores of TCM syndromes were(5.35±1.43),pelvic effusion was(215.68±54.38)ml,CA125 was(45.66±15.36)IU/mL,and CA199 was(38.28±8.67)IU/mL.In the control group,TCM syndrome score(8.56±2.15),pelvic effusion was(385.77±72.59)ml,CA125 was(56.87±14.72)IU/mL,and CA199 was(49.38±11.84)IU/mL.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with Guizhi Fuling decoction and acupuncture on the basis of chemotherapy,the clinical effect of patients with ovarian cancer after operation is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
