摘 要:大黄苷元是大黄中主要的活性成分之一,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化应激、抗病毒、减轻延缓疼痛等功效。本文整理近年来有关大黄苷元药代动力学研究的文献,从分析方法、研究现状2个方面对大黄苷元的药代动力学过程进行归纳总结,并对大黄苷元药代动力学的前景进行研究,以期有助于深入研究大黄苷元的代谢机制及途径,指导临床合理用药。Rhubarb aglyside is one of the main active ingredients in rhubarb,which has anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidative stress,anti-virus,relieving and delaying pain and other effects.In this paper,literatures on the pharmacokinetics of rhubarb aglycones in recent years were reviewed,and the pharmacokinetics of rhubarb aglycones were summarized from two aspects of analysis method and research status,and the development prospect of rhubarb aglycones pharmacokinetics was studied.It is expected to be helpful to further study the metabolic mechanism and pathway of rhubarb aglycogen and to guide clinical rational drug use.
