锁定型股骨交锁髓内钉治疗下肢多发骨纤维结构不良并股骨近端病理性骨折一例报告

摘　　要：骨纤维结构不良临床较为少见,多发生于 10~15 岁的儿童,其自然病程是在 10 岁以前逐渐生长,到 15 岁左右逐渐自行消退并康复。很少发生于成年人,且多发骨纤维结构不良更为少见[1]。因其较为少见,其最优的治疗方式目前仍不确定。笔者以病灶刮除加锁定型股骨交锁髓内钉 (META-TAN) 内固定断端植骨术,治疗 1 例多发骨纤维结构不良并股骨近端病理性骨折病例,临床效果满意,现报告如下。To report effects of META-TAN in the treatment of 1 case with multiple fibrous bone defects and proximal femoral pathologic fracture of the lower extremity.A 43-year-old woman complained restricted right hip movement after the trauma.Treatment of proximal femur pathological fracture with META-TAN,lesion removal,and bone grafting were combined to achieve good bone healing 4 months postoperatively and normal hip functions.The purpose of this report is to provide references for the treatment of such cases.
