Objective COVID-19 was analyzed and its clinical characteristics and TCM syndrome characteristics were analyzed. Methods 120 patients with COVID-19 diagnosed by clinical or confirmed by nucleic acid(patients from Wuhan No.1 Hospital and Raytheon Hill Hospital) were collected by WeChat questionnaire to collect TCM syndromes questionnaire information of six meridians. Results Among 120 cases, 20 cases of single channel lesions accounted for 16.7%, 29 cases of double channel lesions accounted for 24.2%, 45 cases of triple channel lesions accounted for 37.5%, 26 cases of four channel lesions accounted for 21.7%. 92 cases were involved in shaoyang disease, accounting for 76.7%, and 82 cases were involved in Shaoyin disease, accounting for 68.3%. Conclusion Our study found COVID-19 with Shaoyang and Shaoyin disease were the most common, involving 83.3% of the two meridians and two above. We hypothesized that the COVID-19 is a rapid infectious disease with multiple clinical syndromes.
