摘 要:反酸是消化系统疾病中常见症状,中医认为呕吐与反酸均以中焦气机升降失常、胃失和降、气机上逆为核心病机,治疗上有独特优势。仝小林院士认为治疗反酸时,需把握关键,态靶同调;小半夏汤中清半夏配伍生姜降逆化痰、和胃止呕调态,煅瓦楞子制酸止痛打靶,治疗反酸可取得良效。临床常用剂量为清半夏6~45 g,生姜15~30 g,煅瓦楞子9~15 g。Sour regurgitation is a common symptom of digestive system diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that both vomiting and acid reflux are based on the core pathogenesis of the qi in the middle coke and gastric dysfunction, which have unique advantages in TCM treatment. According to academician TONG Xiaolin, in the treatment of sour regurgitation, the key of the treatment is grasping the core targets and pathological mechanism. Xiaobanxia Decoction, which contained with pinellia and ginger could reduce stress and reduce phlegm, relieve vomiting to adjust poor condition. Clam shell could relieve pain and inhibit gastric acid secretion. The commonly used clinical doses were 6-45 g of pinellia, 15-30 g of ginger and 9-15 g of clam shell.
