摘　　要：叶成亮教授临床运用鱼际穴治疗原发性高血压,疗效显著。本文结合叶成亮教授对原发性高血压的辨证认识,明确指出原发性高血压的病机主要归结于气机紊乱,其属实者主要表现为气逆、气滞,其属虚者则集中反映为气虚、气陷。中医学认为肺主一身之气,不仅参与气的生成,同时对于周身气机的条畅具有重要意义,据此提出畅达金气应作为原发性高血压临床治疗的首务。通过梳理鱼际穴的主要治症,本文探讨了其穴位特性与作用特点,介绍了运用鱼际穴的理论依据。同时详述了叶成亮教授运用鱼际穴治疗原发性高血压的临床经验,归纳了相关操作技术及其要点,并结合验案对有关临床经验进行了简要说明。Acupuncture or needle warming moxibustion on Yuji point(LU10) which is used in the treatment to essential hypertension by professor YE Chengliang obtains a satisfactory effect. Combining with the understanding on syndrome differentiation of essential hypertension, the article briefly stated that the disturbance of qi activity is the main pathogenesis of essential hypertension. Asthenia and sthenia syndrome were manifested as qi regurgitation or stagnation and qi deficiency or collapse, respectively. According to traditional Chinese medicine, lung is concerned with qi of the whole body which is of great significance to qi operation. Therefore, relieving qi stagnancy in lung is the key point in the treatment to essential hypertension. The theoretical basis for using LU10 and its characteristic were debated according to specificity and efficacy of LU10. Then the article summarized of Professor YE Chengliang’s experience in treating essential hypertension by acupuncture or needle warming moxibustion on LU10 and summarized the technical points. Proved cases were attached in order to further explain the clinical experiences.
