益肺灸联合益肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肺灸联合益肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能的影响。方法选取湖南省人民医院中西医结合科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者75例,对照组39例给予抗胆碱能药、茶碱类药、β2受体激动剂等支气管扩张药物常规治疗,观察组在治疗组的基础上使用益肺汤口服及益肺灸治疗。2个疗程后比较2组患者治疗前后肺功能相关指标的变化情况、mMRC和SGRD评分变化情况。结果治疗后观察组肺功能相关指标、mMRC评分均较对照组显著改善(P <0.05)。治疗后呼吸症状、疾病影响、日常活动能力各部分评分和SGRQ总分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用益肺灸联合益肺汤口服治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,在益肺灸益气活血、清肺化痰止咳及益肺汤健脾益气、活血化瘀、补肺化痰的作用下,可改善患者肺功能,缓解呼吸困难症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Yifei decoction combined with Yifei moxibustion on lung function of patients with COPD in stable period. Methods 75 patients with COPD in stable stage were selected from the Department of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Hunan people’s hospital. 39 patients in the control group were given routine treatment with anticholinergic drugs, theophylline drugs, β2 receptor agonists and other bronchodilator drugs. The observation group was treated with Yifei Decoction and Yifei moxibustion on the basis of the treatment group. After two courses of treatment, the changes of lung function related indexes, MMRC and sgrd scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the indexes of lung function and the score of MMRC in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of respiratory symptoms, disease influence, daily activity ability and SGRQ were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yifei decoction combined with Yifei moxibustion can improve the lung function, relieve the symptoms of dyspnea and improve the quality of life of patients with COPD in the stable period, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
