摘 要:目的检测10批重茬参中重金属和农药残留含量,以评价抗人参连作障碍土壤改良技术的安全性。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法对10批重茬参中砷、汞、铅、镉4种重金属含量进行检测分析,气相色谱法检测五氯硝基苯、六六六、滴滴涕、六氯苯、七氯、艾氏剂、氯丹7种有机氯类农药残留。结果重金属检测显示10批重茬参所有样品中砷、汞、铅、镉含量均未超标;农药残留检测显示10批样品中六六六、滴滴涕、六氯苯、七氯、艾氏剂、氯丹均未检出,而各样品中五氯硝基苯有检出。结论抗人参连作土壤改良技术整体安全性有待提高,在农残处理方面需加强改善。Objective The contents of heavy metals and agricultural residues in 10 batches of heavy crop ginseng were tested to evaluate the safety of soil improvement technology against continuous cropping obstacles of ginseng. Methods The content of arsenic, mercury, lead, and cadmium in 10 batches of heavy crop ginseng was detected and analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and pentachloronitrobenzene, 666, DDT, hexachlorobenzene, heptachloro, Aldrin and chlordane 7 organochlorine pesticide residues. Results Heavy metal detection display 10 batches cropping parameters all samples of arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium were not exceeded;pesticide detection display 10 batches of samples BHC and DDT, HCB, heptachlor, aldrin, chlordane were Not detected, but pentachloronitrobenzene was detected in each sample. Conclusion The overall safety of the anti-ginseng continuous cropping soil improvement technology needs to be improved, and it needs to be improved in the treatment of agricultural residues.
