摘  要:接触网零部件是电气化铁道供电系统中的重要部件基于我国现有接触网零部件的腐蚀状况,分析了其发生腐蚀的原因,提出了接触网金属零部件的防护措施并基于试验结果,已经在高铁等电气化铁道供电线上开始全尺寸接触网零部件的现场应用,为将来我国电气化铁道的经济、安全运行提供技术支持.The fittings for an overhead contact system are one of important parts in electrification railway.In this study,the corrosion mechanism was investigated on the basis of the cunently corroded status of the fittings for overhead contact systems in typical atmospheric environments,and that the organic coating protection measures were proposed and tested.Finally,the novel organic coating was used to protect full-size fittings for overhead contact systems on different sites.It is expected that this kind of novel organic coating will he play an important safeguard role in economic and safe operations for overhead contact systems in electrification railway in the future.
