小陷胸汤加味治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价小陷胸汤加味治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索小陷胸汤加味联合西药常规治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床随机对照试验,使用STATA 11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12项研究,共计925例患者,研究质量均为C级;小陷胸汤加味联合西药常规能显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者的心绞痛显效率[RR=1.661,95%CI:1.388-1.989,P<0.001]、心绞痛总有效率[RR=1.209,95%CI:1.129-1.295,P<0.001]、心电图显效率[RR=1.432,95%CI:1.081-1.898,P<0.05]、心电图总有效率[RR=1.223,95%CI:1.104-1.354,P<0.001]、中医综合症状显效率[RR=1.750,95%CI:1.394-2.197,P<0.001]、中医综合症状总有效率[RR=1.189,95%CI:1.079-1.309,P<0.001],未见明显不良反应。结论小陷胸汤加味联合西药常规较单纯西药常规治疗冠心病心绞痛可进一步提高临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with conventional western medicine for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Randomized controlled trials of the efficacy of modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with conventional western medicine for angina pectoris in CHD were collected completely and sieved according to the inclusion criteria.All the dada were analyzed with STATA11.0 software.Results A total of 12 RCTs involving 925 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the significant effective rate of angina symptoms[RR=1.661,95%CI:1.388-1.989,P<0.001],the total effective rate of angina symptoms[RR=1.209,95%CI:1.129-1.295,P<0.001],the significant efficiency rate of ECG[RR=1.432,95%CI:1.081-1.898,P<0.05],the total effective rate of ECG[RR=1.223,95%CI:1.104-1.354,P<0.001],the significant effective rate of TCM symptoms[RR=1.750,95%CI:1.394-2.197,P<0.001]and the total effective rate of TCM symptoms[RR=1.189,95%CI:1.079-1.309,P<0.001]in modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with conventional western medicine for angina pectoris in CHD group were superior to the conventional western medicine group.And the adverse reaction was rare in the treatment group.Conclusions Modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with conventional western medicine can further improve the clinical efficacy in patients with angina pectoris of CHD.
