摘  要:以某高校大学生为样本,对该群体进行体质健康问卷调查。选择饮食状况、每周运动情况、睡眠状况3个维度为主要研究内容,分析其对大学生健康状况的影响规律。研究结果表明,饮食习惯良好的大学生健康水平相比之下更好;保证每周适量运动的大学生健康水平较好;睡眠时间长短影响着大学生的体质健康水平,但是并非睡眠的时间越长对体质健康水平越有利。Taking a college student as a sample,a physical questionnaire survey was conducted on the group.The three factors of dietary status,weekly exercise and sleep status were the main research factors,and their influence on the health status of college students was analyzed.The results of the study showed that students with good eating habits had a better health level;students who exercise properly every week had better health status;and the length of sleep affected the physical health of college students,but not the longer the sleep,The better the physical health level.
