摘　　要：阐述栗锦迁教授在临床中对胸痹心痛诊治的独到临床经验。其擅于通过胸痛性质、口中气味、舌象来辨证,对病因及病机理解基于经典理论,认为该病关键在于各种原因导致心脉痹阻,阳气郁遏,多虚实夹杂为病。在治疗大法上谨守病机,以益气温阳、化痰宣痹、活血化瘀为核心治则,灵活运用,同时对于复杂病证的治疗应分清标本缓急,先后主次,临床疗效显著。在治疗特色上,体现了其重视阳气,重视脾胃,勿忘化痰祛瘀的学术思想。This article expounded Professor Li Jinqian unique clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic obstruction and cardialgia.Professor Li Jinqian is good at syndrome differentiation through the nature of chest pain,changes of mouth odor and tongue appearance.Based on the classical theory,Professor Li Jinqian understood the etiology and pathogenesis and believed that the key to the disease lies in various causes leading to heart vessel obstruction,yang-qi depression and the combination of deficient root and excessive superficial.Followed the pathogenesis in treatment,it is proposed to flexibly use the core principles of benefiting qi and warming yang,dispersing phlegm and diffusing stagnation,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Meanwhile,the treatment of complex syndrome should be distinguished priorities in order to obtain significant clinical effect.In terms of treatment characteristics,it embodies his academic thought of attaching importance to yang-qi,spleen and stomach,dispersing phlegm and removing blood stasis.
