摘　　要：目的总结方之勇教授治疗卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床经验。方法通过门诊及住院部的跟师学习,收集并跟踪病案,从卒中后抑郁的经方思维、辨证论治等方面深入分析,不断总结用药规律,并举案例佐证。结果方之勇教授通过多年临床实践提出此病基本病机为肾虚肝郁,当以补肾填精、疏肝理气。同时提出在PSD的任何阶段皆应注重顾护阴液,防止温不受补,伤阴而致瘀。临证中,亦当根据体质,年龄,症状而灵活调整用药,不拘于法。结论方之勇教授使用补肾平肝法治疗卒中后抑郁的经验具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To discuss Professor Fang Zhiyong’s clinical experience in treating post-stroke depression.Methods Through following-up study in outpatient department and inpatient department,medical records were collected and followed-up,and in-depth analysis was made from the aspects of classical thinking and syndrome differentiation and treatment of post-stroke depression,so as to constantly summarize the medication rules and give case evidence.Results Professor Fang put forward through many years of clinical practice that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is kidney deficiency and liver depression,which are common in patients with aging and long course of disease.The disease should be treated with tonifying kidney and replenishing essence,soothing liver and regulating qi.At the same time,it is proposed that attention should be paid to yin-protecting liquid at any stage of PSD to prevent blood stasis caused by yin injury due to non-compensation of temperature.In clinical practice,medication should be adjusted flexibly according to constitution,age and symptoms,regardless of the method.Conclusion Professor Fang’s experience in treating post-stroke depression has clinical application value.
