养血固肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨养血固肾汤在绝经后骨质疏松症中的应用效果。方法以2019年1月—2019年12月收治的46例绝经后骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将受试者分为对照组(23例)和研究组(23例),对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上口服养血固肾汤治疗,比较2组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后各骨代谢及骨密度指标变化。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者各骨代谢较治疗前均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗前后骨密度指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的骨密度指标显著高于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血固肾汤可有效改善骨代谢及骨密度指标,疗效确切,对促进绝经后骨质疏松症患者病情康复具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of Yangxue Gushen decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods 46 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were divided into control group(n=23)and study group(n=23).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yangxue Gushen decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,bone metabolism and bone mineral density were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone metabolism of the two groups was significantly improved,and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bone mineral density before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Gushen decoction can effectively improve bone metabolism and bone density index,has definite effect and positive significance in promoting the condition recovery of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.
