手法复位PVP联合补肾健骨汤治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究手法复位经皮椎体成形术(PVP)联合补肾健骨汤在老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2019年1月接受治疗的62例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(30例,常规治疗+手法复位PVP)与观察组(32例,常规治疗+手法复位PVP联合补肾健骨汤),比较2组中医证候积分与骨密度。结果观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组骨密度对比无差异;治疗3个月与6个月后,2组骨密度均提高,且观察组骨密度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法复位PVP联合补肾健骨汤可显著改善老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者中医证候,最大程度恢复椎体高度,有效改善了脊柱后凸畸形,可提高骨密度,预防再骨折,标本兼治,是治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折安全、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of manual reduction of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)combined with Bushen Jiangu decoction in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods The clinical data of 62 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group(30 cases,conventional treatment manual reduction PVP)and observation group(32 cases,routine treatment manual reduction PVP combined with Bushen Jiangu decoction)according to the treatment plan.The TCM syndrome integral with bone density was compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in bone mineral density between the two groups.After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the bone mineral density of the two groups increased,and the bone mineral density of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of manual reduction and PVP combined with Bushen Jiangu decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of the elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,restore the vertebral body height to the greatest extent,effectively improve the kyphosis deformity,improve the bone density,prevent the re-fracture,and treat both symptoms and symptoms.It is safe and effective for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in the elderly.
