脑醒通脉汤治疗脑中风后遗症临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析脑醒通脉汤治疗脑中风后遗症临床效果及对神经功能的影响。方法选择2019年3月—2020年1月收治的脑中风后遗症患者88例,按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组44例行常规治疗,研究组44例在常规治疗基础上添加脑醒通脉汤治疗。对2组临床效果及神经功能进行比较。结果研究组总有效率95.45%高于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组神经功能评分(8.46±1.27)分明显比对照组(10.15±2.36)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组日常生活能力评分(79.80±4.32)分比对照组(64.52±3.15)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将脑醒通脉汤用于脑中风后遗症患者中,可改善患者神经功能,提高生活自理能力,能进一步提升治疗效果,临床上值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and neurological function of Naoxing Tongmai decoction in the treatment of post-stroke sequelae.Methods 88 patients with post-stroke sequelae were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.44 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 44 patients in the study group received Naoxing Tongmai decoction based on conventional treatment.The clinical effect and nerve function between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neurological score of the study group(8.46±1.27)was significantly lower than that of the control group(10.15±2.36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily living ability score of the study group(79.80±4.32)was higher than that of the control group(64.52±3.15),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Naoxing Tongmai decoction in patients with post-stroke sequelae can improve patients’neurological function,improve their ability to take care of themselves,and further improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of popularization in clinic.
