舒筋活血片联合滑膜炎颗粒治疗慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究舒筋活血片联合滑膜炎颗粒治疗慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2019年6月接受治疗的56例慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各28例。2组患者均给予玻璃酸钠治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用滑膜炎颗粒治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用舒筋活血片,比较2组临床疗效、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者采用舒筋活血片联合滑膜炎颗粒治疗可有效提高临床疗效,降低炎症因子水平,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shujin Huoxue tablets combined with Huamoyan granules in the treatment of chronic traumatic knee synovitis.Methods 56 cases of chronic traumatic knee synovitis,which were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2019,were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The treatment of sodium hyaluronate was given in both groups.On the basis of this,the control group was treated with Huamoyan granules,and the observation group was given Shujin Huoxue tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the level of the inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The levels of TNF-1,IL-1 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shujin Huoxue tablets combined with Huamoyan granules in the treatment of chronic traumatic knee synovitis is effective to improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.
