针刺郄门结合阿是穴治疗气血不足型慢性浅表性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺郄门结合阿是穴治疗气血不足型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在辽中区人民医院中医科就诊的80例气血不足型慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取胶体铋剂或者质子泵抑制剂联合克拉霉素或者阿莫西林进行治疗,试验组40例对照组的基础上针刺郄门结合阿是穴进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床总有效率为85.0%,对照组临床总有效率为75.0%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气血不足型慢性浅表性胃炎患者采取针刺郄门结合阿是穴治疗,效果显著,可明显改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture Ximen(PC4)combined with ashi point in patients with chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of qi and blood.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in Liaozhong District People’s Hospital,80 cases of patients with chronic superficial gastritis qi deficiency type were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases took colloidal bismuth agent or proton pump inhibitors combined with clarithromycin or amoxicillin treatment,and the treatment group of 40 cases used acupuncture Ximen(PC4)combined with ashi point on the basis of the control group.The clinical effective rate was compared.Results The total clinical effective rate was 85.0%in the experimental group and 75.0%in the control group.The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was better than the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion acupuncture Ximen(PC4)combined with ashi point in patients with chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of qi and blood has a significant therapeutic effect,and significantly improves the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
