针刺联合消岩汤治疗甲状腺癌术后临床观察

摘　　要：目的系统性评价针刺联合消岩汤加减对甲状腺癌术后患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月接受手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者60例,入组患者均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,采用常规治疗基础上联合消岩汤内服治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、甲功及炎性因子水平变化情况。结果试验组中医证候积分:(6.41±1.26)pmol/L,T3:(3.56±0.15)pmol/L,T4:(15.16±0.51)pmol/L,TNF-α:(3.13±0.27)ng/ml;对照组中医证候积分:(8.33±1.52)pmol/L,T3:(3.51±0.11)pmol/L,T4:(14.31±0.32)pmol/L,TNF-α:(5.18±0.44)ng/ml。中医证候积分及TNF-α数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌术后患者在常规治疗基础上联合消岩汤及针刺治疗方案可显著控制机体甲状腺素水平,抑制患者炎性因子大量合成与释放,益气养血,滋阴清热、散结消瘿,中医综合疗法联合西药治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoyan decoction on postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with thyroid cancer who were hospitalized in the oncology ward of our hospital and received surgical treatment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with Xiaoyan decoction on the basis of routine treatment,30 cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM symptom score,thyroid function and inflammatory factor level before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results In the experimental group,TCM syndrome score was(6.41±1.26 pmol/L),T3 was(3.56±0.15)pmol/L,T4 was(15.16±0.51)pmol/L,and TNF-αwas(3.13±0.27)ng/ml.In the control group,TCM syndrome score was(8.33±1.52)pmol/L,T3 was(3.51±0.11)pmol/L,T4 was(14.31±0.32)pmol/L,and TNF-αwas(5.18±0.44)ng/ml.There was significant difference in TCM syndrome score and THF-αdata between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and Moxibustion combined with Xiaoyan decoction and Western medicine on the basis of routine treatment on thyroid cancer patients after operation has significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
