摘　　要：银屑病是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性疾病,可伴有多种共病,且共病涉及全身多个系统。共同的遗传背景、重叠的慢性炎症过程、异常的免疫调节机制可能是银屑病并发多种共病的基础。脂肪因子是代谢性疾病与免疫性疾病并发的一个纽带。银屑病与其共病之间的相互作用关系是未来研究的方向,针对可同时改善银屑病及其共病病情的治疗方案研究具有较高的应用价值,针对银屑病及其共病的诊断、治疗及预后标志物的研究亦有待深入。构建银屑病共病的评估及管理体系,建立银屑病患者发生某种共病的风险预测模型,有助于早期筛查、治疗并预防银屑病的共病。Psoriasis is a chronic, recurrent, inflammatory disease with a variety of comorbidities involving multiple systems throughout the body. Common genetic background, overlapping chronic inflammatory processes and abnormal immune regulation mechanisms may be the basis of psoriasis and its comorbidities. Adipokine is a link between metabolic diseases and immune diseases. The interaction between psoriasis and its comorbidities is a direction of future research. It is of great value to study the therapeutic schemes that can improve both psoriasis and its comorbidities. The research on diagnostic markers, therapeutic markers and prognostic markers for psoriasis and its comorbidities also needs further study. The establishment of an evaluation and management system and a risk prediction model for the comorbidities of psoriasis is helpful for early screening, treatment and prevention of the comorbidities of psoriasis.
